MassageLuXe Opens New Location in Washington, D.C.

Two Local Businesswomen Partner To Bring LuXury Massage To the “Stressed” Community

MassageLuXe, a fast-growing
luxury spa franchise, announces the opening of its newest spa in Washington,
D.C. This is MassageLuXe’s first location in the Washington, D.C. area, with
seven locations in the state of Virginia and 68 nationwide.

The new
MassageLuXe spa is owned by local businesswomen Rosalyn Brown and Danielle
McLean and is located at 609 H Street N.E., Washington, D.C. Brown and Mc...

Lean are
excited to join forces as business partners for this new venture and they’re
both brand new to franchising.

“Massages are
not considered a luxury anymore and that’s one reason we opened this business,”
said Danielle McLean. “They have now become part of our wellness regiment and
in this fast-paced city where everyone is overscheduled and stressed, we are
extremely excited to bring this great massage option to our neighborhood.”

McLean says MassageLuXe
was the perfect fit for them because the brand radiates high-end luxury and the
membership revenue model is easy to follow and takes the guess work out of the
equation.

Since this is Brown
and McLean’s first franchise, they were seeking strong corporate support and
guidance. They found the corporate team extremely helpful every step of the way
from site selection to opening day.

MassageLuXe President
and CEO, Mark Otter, has a mission of growing the company to more than 250
locations in the next five years.  The
opening of a spa in our nation’s capital was a goal and will pave the way for
expansion in other key markets.

“We are
thrilled Rosalyn and Danielle  are opening
our first MassageLuXe location in Washington, D.C.,” said Otter.  “The location is right in their backyard, so
we are excited for them to flourish as MassageLuXe owners and know they will
thrive in this location.”
