Dr. Shania Seibles, a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist, is the proud owner of MassageLuXe of Peachtree City – the newest franchise set to open in April at 277 Highway 74 North in the Wisdom Pointe Shopping Center.
MassageLuXe is a fast-growing massage and spa franchise delivering the highest standard of services in the membership-based massage, facial, and waxing industry. The Peachtree location is the first Georgia franchise for the brand as it expands into the Peach State.

The back story of her business startup holds significance for Dr. Seibles. She purchased her MassageLuXe franchise using inheritance after her parents passed away, to continue their legacy. The business was created as Alchemy Health and Wellness, Inc. – a name she chose to honor her late mother and father.
“My parents have always been a huge inspiration for me. As African Americans in the 1950’s and 60’s, they had a lot of challenges in terms of gaining access to higher education. But they persevered and attained PhDs in the study of chemistry. Alchemy is the root word for chemistry which is why I incorporated it into the name of my business, adds Dr. Seibles. “A lot of the characteristics and traits that I have are from my parents. Those traits helped me to be a successful physician and I am confident they will also lead me to become a successful business owner.”
Dr. Seibles is also excited to bring additional jobs to the area. She expects to employ about 30 people at the spa.
