  1. What services does MassageLuXe offer?
    We’ve got you covered from head to toe. Our spas offer massage therapy, customized facials, and body services.
    The majority of MassageLuXe locations also feature HydroLuXe, our unique dry water massage table that’s perfect for a quick reset.
  2. What is HydroLuXe?
    Think of it as a power nap for your muscles. HydroLuXe is a warm, soothing, dry water massage table that melts away tension without you ever getting wet.
    As a member, you can stop in and use the HydroLuXe without an appointment at any time!
  3. How do memberships work?
    Memberships are flexible and month-to-month with no long-term contracts or enrollment fees. You can pause or cancel after the first month!
    You’ll get member pricing, access to services at any MassageLuXe spa, and any unused service time rolls over as long as you keep your membership active.
    We have many membership types to choose from!
  4. Can I use my membership when I travel?
    Yes! Whether you’re visiting family or traveling for work, your membership is good at any MassageLuXe spa across the country unless you have a promotional membership.
  5. How do I book an appointment?
    Easy. Just head online or use our mobile app to reserve your appointment time. You’ll put a card on file to hold your time, but you won’t be charged until after your service.
    You’ll also receive your intake forms ahead of time so you’re ready to go when you arrive.
  6. What should I know before my first visit?
    Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early. You can relax in our LuXe lounge prior to your appointment or enjoy the HydroLuXe. Bring your ID, fill out your intake forms, and we’ll take care of the rest.
    It’s all about making you comfortable from the very start.
  7. What is your cancellation policy?
    Policies vary by location, but you’ll see all the details in your confirmation email. If something comes up, you can reschedule online or give us a quick call.
  8. What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
    Spas have their own cancellation policy. Please contact your spa to make any adjustments to your appointment. *Cancellation fees may apply.
  9. Can I change, freeze, or cancel my membership?
    Absolutely. Memberships are flexible. If life changes, you can adjust, freeze, or cancel. Just let us know before your billing date so we can take care of it for you.
  10. Do unused services expire?
    Nope! As long as your membership is active, any unused hours roll over, so you can catch up whenever it works for you.
  11. Can I request a male or female therapist or esthetician?
    Of course. Just let us know your preference when you book, and we’ll do our best to accommodate so you feel comfortable and relaxed.
  12. Do you see minors?
    Yes. For guests ages 12 to 18, a parent or guardian needs to be in the room during the service. It’s all about keeping everyone safe and comfortable.
  13. Do you offer prenatal massage?
    Yes! Many of our locations have specially trained therapists for prenatal massage. For your safety, we do require that you be past your first trimester (13 weeks or more) before receiving a prenatal massage.
    When booking, please let us know so we can pair you with the right provider.
  14. Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes, and they make great gifts. You can purchase digital gift cards online, through our mobile app or stop by a spa for a physical one.
  15. What kinds of massage and facial options are available?
    Whether you want something light and relaxing or deep and therapeutic, we have options like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and more.
    Our estheticians also offer customized facials, with additional treatments at select spas. If you need help choosing a service, call a spa near you and we will walk you through your options.
  16. I’ve never had a massage or facial before. What should I expect?
    No worries! Your provider will talk with you about your goals and comfort level before starting. They’ll guide you through everything so you can just relax and enjoy the experience.
  17. Do I need to tip my therapist or esthetician?
    Tipping is completely up to you but always is appreciated. Most clients leave around 20% of the total service charge. If you’d like to leave gratuity, MassageLuXe spas make it easy to add it at checkout.
  18. What should I wear for my service?
    Whatever makes you feel comfortable. For massage, you’ll undress to your level of comfort, and you’ll always be draped professionally.
    For facials or waxing, your provider will guide you so you feel at ease.
  19. What if I fall asleep during my massage?
    That’s one of the best compliments you can give your therapist! Don’t worry if you drift off, your provider will make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish.
  20. Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
    In many cases, yes especially if your doctor recommends massage as part of a treatment plan. We recommend checking with your provider first, then bringing your card when you check out.
  21. Are walk-ins welcome?
    We encourage booking ahead to secure your preferred time, but many locations do accept walk-ins when availability allows.

  22. What if I have health concerns or medical conditions?

    We use professional-grade skincare lines chosen for their quality and results. Your esthetician will customize products based on your skin type and goals so every treatment is just for you.
  24. Do you offer couples massages?
    Yes! Many of our spas have couples rooms so you can enjoy your massage side by side. If there isn’t a couples room available, we are happy to book you and your partner at the same time in adjacent rooms. Just ask when you book so we can reserve the right space.
  25. Will I be sore after my massage?
    It depends on the type of massage and your body’s needs. A little muscle tenderness is normal after deeper work, but most people just feel relaxed and refreshed.
    Drinking water and stretching can help ease any soreness.
  26. What if I’m running late?
    Life happens. If you’re running behind, give the spa a quick call. We’ll do everything we can to give you your full service, but if we have another guest scheduled after you, your appointment may be shortened.
